Yarmouth

ALPA – Yarmouth Overview
The program was offered to representatives from public, private, and non-profit organizations providing services for older adult residents in the Town of Yarmouth, Massachusetts. The program was offered in conjunction with the town’s process for becoming an Age Friendly Community within the World Health Organization’s network of Age Friendly Cities and Communities. The program was funded by Tufts Health Foundation.

Quantum

ALPA – Quantum Overview

The program was provided to Senior Housing Managers and Service Coordinators of Quantum Real Estate Management Company which is a residential management company specializing in HUD, tax-credit, elder residences and municipal developments. ALPA participants represented Quantum’s senior housing property sites in Maryland, DC and Virginia. These sites serve a widely diverse ethnic population which included African-Americans, Asians, and Caucasians. The asset based program complemented the various cultures, experiences and educational levels of participants and their residents as evidenced by their enhanced group efficacy and field work projects.
